Jacque Butch, got me started fundraising for Alzheimer's several years ago.
I've watched Jacque care for the elderly for the vast majority of the 20 years that we have know each other. I've watched the passion she put into it. I've watched the heartache it has caused her. Alzheimer's patients have always held a special place in Jacque's heart, none more so than Raymond Kessler.
Jacque loved Ray. I know the signs, lol.
It seems that Ray was a guy whom it was hard not to love.. The more I learn about him, and the more stories I hear about all the other loved ones who are lost to this dreaded disease, the harder i want to work toward the first survivor.
