Janet was my best friend for 24 years. We shared so many good times and laughs. Sometimes we were like Lucy and Ethel, partners in crime, getting in sticky spots and laughing our way out of them. Especially Black Friday shopping and a couple concerts we went to. Lol.
Janet was diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimer's and passed away at 60 years young. She will always be with me and forever in my heart.
It's time I do my part. In her memory and in honor of her. I'll walk for Janet, my mother-in-law and everyone who has been touched by this awful and tragic disease. Alzheimer's is one of the most heartbreaking diseases to witness.
