I have the privilege of connecting to those living with dementia and their care partners nearly every day. Their journey takes courage and faith to walk a path of unknowns and to celebrate life one moment at a time. My involvement with the Walk to End Alzheimer's is to bring awareness to the journey of these individuals and raise funds to help with providing supportive resources and finding a cure.
