Ever since she was diagnosed about 7 ago, my wife Sharon has been trying her best to stay with us. Like others stricken with Alzheimer’s, we see her losing a bit more of who she is every day.  Please support our third Walk to End Alzheimer’s and helping us reach our modest fundraising goals for the Alzheimer's Association.

Over the past 7+ years we have had a ringside seat witnessing much Sharon is slowly losing to Alzheimer’s. While the research funded by the Walk may not help Sharon, the funds may give those who develop Alzheimer’s in the future to have have a chance to be with us longer.

Our team name is a play off of the stanza "I am a rose of Sharon, a lily of the valleys" from King Solomon’s Song of Songs. Like the colors of the flowers of the plant's many varieties, Roses of Sharon is made up many who are or have been affected by Alzheimer's.

Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us now more than ever — and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.

Thank you!
