As many of you know, finding a cure for Alzheimer's is a cause that is extremely important to me. Just about 10 years ago, my grandmother, Elma Green, was diagnosed with mild dementia and that has since progressed to Alzheimer's. February 2020, Mom Mom lost her fight. My hunger to find a cure for this terrible disease has grown immensely after losing her. In honor of my grandmother, I will be walking toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's for the 4th year.
