It all started with $5.

In 2010 our dad was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's. We did our first walk in 2012. My sister and I were sitting at the kitchen table stuffing & addressing envelopes when our dad came up to us and asked us what we were doing. We told him that we were sending out letters to raise money for the Walk to end Alzheimer's. Without a question he took out his little blue and green Velcro wallet, took out the only money he had, and asked if he could make a donation. He handed us a 5 dollar bill. Our first donation! He didn’t realize that we were doing this walk in his honor.

 If you want to donate remember any amount helps.  No amount is too small. We took our first donation of $5 and in11 years have raised over $195,000. Thank you for your continued support year after year.
