Alzheimer’s disease impacts the lives of so many families around the world. While some individuals diagnosed experience a slow cognitive decline, it’s the families and friends who suffer the most.
No family should watch their loved one go through this journey. I need your help. As a community, we need to fight this disease. Please support our team in the Greater Boston Walk to End Alzheimer's in Cambridge to help fund care, support, and much-needed research to find a cure for Alzheimer's.
This is our 9th year participating in the walk since my younger onset Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Yes, there are changes, but also much good. Diane and I will celebrate our 41st Wedding Anniversary this July – forever in love and grateful for each other. Our three children and five grandchildren, are always nearby with love and help. That is a great gift.
We know we are blessed in many ways, beginning with family and friends, and great medical help. There is no shortage of people we know with greater challenges. Our Team raises all we can to fund research that will someday mean a cure for others. You can help make that happen.
Early detection and education can alter the course of this disease for all involved. Any donation amount is a blessing, and no amount is too small. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
Thank you for your continued support and generosity,
- Michael McCormack
