Please join team Forget-Me-Not in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer's disease. The walk will take place on October 2023 at Holyoke Community Collage. This walk is very important to my family and I because my father died from Vascular Dementia March 2017. It is a horrible disease and I want to raise money to find a cure, so hopefully someday other families will not lose someone to this heartbreaking disease like my family and many others. Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's and provide programs and support to improve the lives of millions of affected Americans.
