Many of my friends and family are impacted personally by dementia or Alzheimer's. It can be very difficult to have someone repeat the same comments or questions over and over, or show a lack of trust in loved ones; thanks to the wonderful 24/7 hotline provided free of charge by the Alzheimer's Association, I was able to learn how to deal with this by redirecting or just by having patience. The hotline is a wonderful resource.
