I am ONCE AGAIN participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s. By raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that help provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research — I am trying to spare my loved ones and others from the pain of this horrible disease.
Last year I shared the story about my family and an amazing thing happened. People wanted to hear it. I found a new voice and took a couple chats with other's who needed support and found how deep this family of caring goes.
This year I've upped my goal. And am starting the drive sooner. But I need your help beyond a donation. Please consider joining my team and setting your own target to walk with us. Last year we had a very small team. I'd LOVE to have 25+ people this year at the walk itself. And if each person raises a few donations on their own imagine that reach.
No one has ever survived Alzheimer's. No caregiver can ever have enough support and love. And no one is unaffected by this disease in some form. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s.
