As many of you already know, Jack was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in March of 2021, and he passed on September 1, 2022. I am raising funds to honor his heroic battle, his never-ending positive attitude, and his unwavering love for his family and friends. He will always be my hero! Jack was much too young to be taken from us.
We need to find a cure! We need to provide resources to help care for and support those living with Alzheimer's and support for those caring for them.
Alzheimer's isn't stopping, and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, I'm raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer's Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
