Lisa, Stephanie, Angela and I started this team to honor our Dad/Poppie. We called ourselves Poppies Petunias because the girls called Dad Poppie, and his nickname for me was Petunia. we lost our Dad to this horrible disease in 2017, Now, our Mom has Alzheimer's and we get to again watch this horrible disease impact someone we love. The story is not ours alone, each and every one of us will be touched by this disease at some point in our lives. The statistics are shocking, and we need to find a cure!
