Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
Watching my mom live with this disease over these last 8 years has inspired me to get involved with the Alzheimer's Association. Those of you that know my mom will likely remember her spunky personality, friendly smile, caring nature and love of music. Even with this horrible disease, she remains that same person who still enjoys music and can show her feisty side from time to time.
