If you know me even a little, you know that neurodegenerative disease has profoundly impacted my life. After a long battle, my beautiful mama passed away from corticobasal degeneration in February 2022. Life has never been the same, and the grief persists. It is my hope that someday other families won't face the loss I have.
As a board member of the Alzheimer's Association, and more importantly, a daughter who was a caregiver, I'm proud to advocate for families who are facing Alzheimer's and other dementias, and help raise awareness and funds to seek a cure. Thank you for donating to support this worthy cause, in memory of my mom.
