I want to help lead the way by helping Alzheimer's have their first survivor, by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, on October 8, 2022 at the HCC Campus. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease. It is the top 6th disease leading to death in America!!

Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of finding a cure for the disease with your gift to the Alzheimer's Association. Help me to honor the memory of my mother, Mary Beth Simpson, who suffered with this until she went to Heaven, in 2016. She's been gone for six years now. We miss her so much, and hope and pray they can find a cure for this horrific disease! Not only does this disease affect the patient, but also the caregivers and families!! The picture taken above is one of my favorite and treasured memories of  her! She took my sister and her children and me with mine, on a trip to California in 2001…. We had a Blast! Great memories that we hope we’ll never forget! This disease has affected 4 generations in my family, so you can see why I’m passionate about fighting to help with fundraising and striving to help find a cure, is so important to me!! This is hurting more and more people every day. It is so devastating to watch and deal with on a daily basis! Won't you please help?
