Hi guys!

Many of you already know that my mom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s two years ago. Please join me in raising money for the fight to end Alzheimer’s with hope of one day we will see the “first survivor flower.” We are having our 2nd Annual Tee Off on ALZ on September 17th in Lafayette, IN. and the Walk to End Alzheimer's is September 30th in Indianapolis, IN. Please join me in our golf outing, the walk, or both to raise money to drive research toward treatment, prevention, and ultimately a cure.

Let's Tee off on Alz in honor of my mom, and everyone else who suffers.
