My wife, Barbara, died from Alzheimer's on April 18, 2023, about three and a half years after her symptoms first appeared. There was no treatment available to Barbara to stop or slow the progression of her disease. As a result a considerable part of Barbara's brain just wasted away, and this led to her death. Barbara's family and friends learned through her difficult journey that the long goodbye is punishing, grueling, and heart breaking. The search to find a cure and develop for treatments for dementia has a long way to go. Providing tax deductible financial assistance to the Alzheimer's Association is one way to help people impacted by Alzheimer's. Please consider contributing to the fight against dementia. It would be a wonderful gesture, help many people, and be very much appreciated. Norm Ruber
