On February 8, 2022 I lost my Dad to Alzheimer's.  For the last 4 years my granddaughter and I have participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's.  After each walk I would get back and share with my Dad how the walk went and how much I was able to raise thanks to my family and friends.  This year I will walk with a heavy heart and without a doubt a face full of tears.  I watched this disease turn my strong loving father into a frail helpless person.  I hope and pray a cure is found soon and I don't ever have to watch anyone go through what my father went through.
