Thank you for the taking the time to look at my page. I started walking about 3 years ago to help raise awareness and find a cure for this terrible disease. I walk in memory of my grandparents who have lost their battle to this terrible disease. 

We are currently facing a world wide pandemic that is taking a HARD hit on nursing homes and Alzheimer's patients. It is already hard enough for family members seeing their loved ones in this condition and due to COVID-19, most, if not ALL do not a lot their family to come and see their loved ones. 

I cannot imagine what are loved ones go through in their everyday lives and they don't understand or know what is going on.  I watched first hand my grandma take her last breath and it was sad but also a sigh of relief that she doesn't have to go through this anymore.

Please help me and the millions of others who are trying to lead the way in finding a cure for our first survivor! 

I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050.
