Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. 

I am driving in the car event One Lap of America May 6-13th.  I selected the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness and donations this year.  I'm calling this One Lap of America Drive to End Alzheimer’s.  As I drive through several states, I hope the stickers on my Vette will help in raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.

My Mother, Gloria, had Alzheimer's and it was difficult to watch her memory slip away.  She was fortunate to have great care from her doctors, staff at her living facility, and the love and support from her family.  It takes a village to care for a person with dementia.  I was proud to be able to help care for my mother and fill her days with memories, love, and family.
