Dave Holstein. Our father, grandpa, husband, little brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He has worn all of these titles with humor, warmth and love. Our "Dave" has always had a wonderful sense of humor. For those who are lucky enough to know him well, that sense of humor is shown through funny one-liners ("TIssue? I don't even know you!") quick-witted responses ("I like my cigar too lady!") that have become part of our daily vocabulary. Losing one's memory often comes with losing one's personality. As long as Dave is still laughing and making others laugh, we will always be reminded that that is still "our" Dave.

Thank you to everyone who is contributing or spreading awareness of this horrible disease. With continued research and prevention, we will hopefully eradicate this disease for our future generations.
