Support our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. We at Freedom Village of Bradenton have first hand experience with Alzheimer's Dementia through our Heartfelt Connection Program in our Memory Care unit. We strive to support residents and their family members who are acting as caregivers for those recently diagnosed, living with the diagnosis and then continued support for those who have lost someone to Alzheimer's. We are honored to be able to participate in this extraordinary experience with our community.
