My nana was diagnosed with Alzheimer's only a few months before she passed away, so my family and I didn't know much about the disease. Since her death in 2015, I've taken the opportunity to learn more about Alzheimer's and other dementias, and to get involved with the Alzheimer's Association to help other families going through what we did.

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050.

The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you. I'd love for you to join my team to help raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research, and to support all those living with Alzheimer's or loving someone facing this disease.
