Fall 2023 marks our 16th Walk! We started in the fall of 2008...

I walk to honor the memory of my mom, Carol "CC" Orlando. She suffered at the hands of a rare form of dementia known as frontal-temporal degeneration, or FTD. It hit her at a young age, only 67. Two years later, she was already mute and immobile, living in a skilled nursing facility. The fall that she was moved to the nursing home, I started this team with family and friends.
