Hello friends, 

Someone I love NEEDED a cure...and that someone was my beautiful mom, Jackie (aka Nana). It's hard to believe it's been 2 years since her passing from Alzheimer's disease. 

I would like to extend an invitation to you to support Team Caulfield at this year's walk on Sunday Oct 2nd. This is my 8th year walking in honor of my mom.  

Together, we CAN END Alzheimer's!
