Please join Team Hummingbirds in our 10th annual Alzheimer's walk. At AltaVita we live each day with amazing individuals and family members affected by all types of dementia. We are honored to care for those currently diagnosed and are joined as a team to assist a vital resource like The Alzheimer's Association in all they do for the future.
We welcome as many individuals who would like to join us day of the walk. Our annual Bowl for Brains is a fun community event for families and professionals alike. Or if you wish to just donate in the name of a loved one-we are grateful for your support!
