I am walking for my friend and her family, to honor their devastating loss of a beloved Father and Husband, too soon, too painful.

So many of my friends have similar stories, I just want an end to the heartache. An end to Alzheimer's is needed urgently.

I want for all of us to remember all of the times we raise a pint and say Cheers! together. I want a toast someday to "no more Alzheimer's!"

Now is the time, an END to Alzheimer's cannot wait.

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
