Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. This year I'm walking for my mother who is currently suffering with stage 5 Alzheimers and my Grandmother who passed away from the disese. It's not easy being a care giver but what is even harder is knowing there is no cure yet and having to watch our loved ones slowly degrade. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that will help accelerate research so that we can end this horrible disease. I'm confident that if we don't give up we will see the first survivors within our life time.
