Alzheimer's disease has affected our family tremendously. My dad's journey began over a decade ago with a diagnosis of early-onset Alzheimer's. There is so much research to be learned, support to be provided, and treatment plans that need to be discovered! My only hope for doing this is that it can provide SOME relief for ANY families touched by this awful disease, either now or in the future
