My amazing mother passed away in the fall of 2021 from complications due to Alzheimer's.  We talked every day until she started forgetting things.  She truly was my best friend. 

Before Alzheimer's she was the strongest and most caring woman.  Had it not been for this disease I am sure she would have lived into her hundreds.

This disease took her away from my family far toon early and we know that Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
