The Sonoma-Marin Walk to End Alzheimer's happens on October 7, 2023.
For those of you who donated during my first walk in 2022 - thank you! I was recognized as a top first-time fundraiser, and I want to continue my success with the 2023 walk.
As with last year, I'm walking to honor my sister's memory, and to raise funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease. In addition, several people close to my family are now facing the challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia. It is heartbreaking to stand with them as they navigate the systems of care while watching their loved one be claimed by this devastating disease. I'm walking for them, too, this year.
