Around 50,000 to 60,000 people in the U.S. have Pick's disease. Sadly, my Mom was one of them. As with all things in her life, she faced this disease with grace and quiet heroism. I am joining the Alzheimer’s Association walk the weekend of 9/9/2023 to honor my amazing Mom, and to bring awareness to the different types of dementia that affect so many.
