Join Patt's Posse!

It's been almost 15 years since we lost Patt to Alzheimer's disease at the age of 61. Once again, Patt's Posse will be walking on October 7th at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park in her honor and memory. Patt taught me many things through her long journey with Alzheimer's -- to really live in the "now" and not worry about past failures, the healing powers of laughter, the benefits of a smile and a hug, and of course, the practice of patience. All through Patt's life, she poured her heart and soul into causes in which she believed in while continually encouraging others to do so in return. Through her example, let's join in the fight to end Alzheimer's until there is a cure. Raising money for the Alzheimer's Association Sonoma-Marin Walk to End Alzheimer's is one way we can make a difference to those families with a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia.
