I am participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's again this year in memory of my mom and all those who have Alzheimers or have lost their battle with Alzheimer’s. To see someone slip away from you is one of the hardest things to witness. Even though she is gone, I will do all I can to try to help find new treatments and hopefully one day end Alzheimer’s.

Some facts: Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease. I am walking for our future. Please consider making a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. If you cannot donate, maybe you will consider walking with my family on Sunday, October 16th in the SF Valley.
