My Grammy has been such ahuge part of my life since the day I was born. She would care for me on thedays my mom had to work. We would fill our days dancing, playing games andgoing for walks with her doggies. We would go to the park and swing as high aswe could swing. She always had popsicles and treats for me. I am so glad Ihad those special times with her. Now I am in sixth grade. My mom and I visitmy grammy often. She has been in an assisted living facility for the last twoyears. She is always smiling and so happy to see us. Even though Alzheimer’sdisease has stolen most of her memory, every minute I get to spend with her isa lasting memory for me and my mom. Please help us raise money to someday finda cure so when I am my Grammys age, I will not only hold these memories in my heart, they will still be in my mind.                                         

This year marks our third year for "Team Gram Cracker". Please help us make it the best yet.
