On 8/17/23 a very dear longtime friend Jim Foxen, lost his battle against Alzheimer's. He was 62 years old and way too young.
I have known Jim and his wife Wendy for almost 40 years. Wendy and I started our banking careers together and have remained good friends supporting each other throughout our lives.
This disease is not just an elderly disease, Alzheimer's is affecting people as early on as their 40's & 50's. By fundraising and bringing awareness for Alzheimer's care, support and research we can continue to search for treatments and a cure that will end this devastating disease.
