I would like to thank all our friends and family who have contributed and/or joined us in previous Walks to End Alzheimer's. This year, 2023 will be the second year that Susan will be unable to join us.  Susan died on 6/26/22 from the ravages of this terrible disease. I plan in Susan's absence to continue to support research and educational outreach by the Alzheimer's Association. Instead of again asking others to contribute financially, I am making monthly personal donations on behalf of all our friends, family and professional caregivers who have enriched Susan and my life as we have tried our best to navigate this disease. Many of you have already contributed in memory of Susan to The Bill Bernett Memorial Fund at the University of Arizona in support of Aphasia Research which I have greatly appreciated.  Susan and I have been truly blessed by your unconditional love and support.
