As many of you know, I lost my mom and best friend to Alzheimer's in May, 2010. She was diagnosed at age 55 and passed away at 65 years old. Alzheimer has also claimed the lives of my 2 aunts, Casilda Perez (Titi Cachi), and Norma Perez (Titi Norma). Dementia also affected my uncle Maximino Perez (Tio Tato). In memory of the 4 of them I would like you to donate and if possible create a team for the NWA Walk. My goal is to raise $500 and have 10 new teams supporting the Organization. There is NO registration fee; your donation goes straight to help the fight against Alzheimer and support programs that help the patient, family and care givers. Will you be the FIRST SURVIVOR?
