This year mark's the 11th year of our family's journey with Alzheimer's. It has turned our lives upside down, created difficulties with just trying to work and go on with something of a normal life. But, it has not defeated us. Our family has grown in number and stronger during this battle. And we love each other even more intensely; because that is how we honor Allyson -- it is what she would want us to do. Allyson has always been a great example of grace, commitment and courage. She loved others as Christ expected of us, and that has made an indelible impact on people around the country and even around the world.  While she cannot speak and walking is a challenge, we are pleased to let you know that she is still cheerful, content, happy to see people and always has a sweet smile. In short  --  she is STILL ALLYSON. 

Each year our family participates in the Walking to End Alzheimer's so we can fight back against this awful disease. This year we want to raise $10,000 to fight back for the years that Alzheimer's has impacted our lives. Please help us reach our goal so more funds can go towards research to defeat this awful illness!!
