Stonerise Parkersburg, formerly known as Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing Center, is a 120-bed transitional care center in Parkersburg, West Virginia, that serves short- and long-term patients in Wood County and the surrounding region.

Stonerise Parkersburg relied on evidence-based research when redesigning and renovating our Memory Care wing in 2019, so we can meet the unique needs of patients with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. This distinct wing has a dedicated dining room, sitting area and courtyard in addition to specialized daily activities.
