Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining the movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you.
In 2013 and 2014 I participated in the walk with my Mom by my side! I raised money in honor of my Mom and Memory of my Grandmother (Gladys Mayse) My Mom's Mom. On December 29th 2014 my Amazing Mom lost her battle with Alzheimer's. She now has all her wonderful memories and mind back! She is free from all the pain and suffering this horrible disease put her and the rest of our family through. In 2015 I told my Mom's story about Alzheimer's at the walk, which if you know me, you know I'm not one to speak in public, but I did it for my Mom. I must say it was a very proud moment in my life! I then received the award for the most money raised as an individual, that was also for my Mom! So this year I am raising money in my Grandmother's and My Mom's Memory, again. Please help me reach my goal of $1,000, one more time! I love and miss them both more then words can say! Thank you in advance.
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
