Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we. The United Community Center (UCC) offers the only fully bilingual memory clinic team (Neurologist, Nurse, Social Worker) in all of Wisconsin but not many people know that we exist. Our goal is to try to make ourselves more visible to our community and providers alike, of which we were doing through community events and our partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.
