2022 National Incentive Program - Let Us Reward You! 
You must be a registered participant to earn incentive gifts. Individuals who reach the fundraising minimums for the t-shirt, champion medal, Grand Champion raglan shirt, and Elite Grand Champion zip-up hoodie will receive these items in addition to their selected incentive prize. Gifts are not cumulative. Learn more about the Champions Club. ACTIVITY ADVENTURES FOR THE CAREGIVER - Virtual

Activities are important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Making healthy lifestyle choices helps decrease your risk for dementia while also showing your brain some love. There will be a special presentation to share how you can take your healthy lifestyle choices. Register

TEN WARNING SIGNS OF ALZHEIMER'S - Virtual
In partnership with Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc.
Saturday, May 21 | 10 a.m.
Join us to learn how to recognize common signs of the disease; how to approach someone about memory concerns; the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis; possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process, and Alzheimer’s Association resources. Members from Chi Eta Phi Sorority will be available to assist in answering questions through out the presentation. Register

BRAIN POWER HOUR WITH HEALTHY LIVING TIPS AND BRAIN GAMES

Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement with hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. Register

Eastern Shore Leadership Council -  Volunteers come from all walks of life to promote Association care and support programs and drive participation in the Walk to End Alzheimer's by creating valuable community partnerships.
