During these unprecedented times, the need for your help continues to grow. Alzheimer's disease has not stopped during this pandemic and neither can our efforts to raise awareness and funds.
As most of you know, I am very passionate about fundraising for the Alzheimer's Association. I have been involved in the ALZ walk for 20+ years now. I will be proudly walking in MEMORY of my mom, Sara Stowell again this year. Her 14 year battle with this horrible disease impacted our family in many ways. I believe something good should come out of the struggles we endure during our lifetime. My mother's diagnosis was devastating but the effects of her illness were detrimental to our family as well. Because of that, I strive to do my part in showing support to the millions of fellow caregivers who currently assist someone that suffers from Alzheimer's or Dementia.
I am asking you to help me. By participating in the 2022 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support. Together WE can make a difference.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
