My husband Michael, passed away on April 6,2018 from dementia and is missed each and every day. I am participating in this walk to raise funds in hopes that a cure for this disease is found. It was hard to watch Michael battle this terrible disease, especially in the end when he no longer remembered our kids or grand-kids. On the positive side, until the end he still had a great sense of humor. There are many battles, but few victories and every day was a blessing.  Every donation helps, so if you find it in your heart to donate even a dollar, we would greatly appreciate it.
