March Madness Champion

We're marching into 2024 Walk season with a "March Madness Champion" Challenge! I'm looking for individuals like you who are ready to take that step to fundraise and raise awareness about Alzheimer's and dementia. Raise $500 or more to participate in the challenge.

What is the March Madness Champion Challenge?
You shoot... you score with this challenge! In honor of basketball season, we're looking for individuals to join the ranks in the Champions Club! Participants who raise $500 or more for the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Lake and Geauga Counties will receive name recognition in our April Walk newsletter and on our Cleveland Area Chapter Facebook page @alzcle.

Who is eligible to participate?

Anyone who is registered to for the Walk will be eligible to participate! Click the REGISTER link at the top of this page to start fundraising!

Why participate in the March Madness Champion Challenge?

  • Raise awareness early! We want more people to know about Alzheimer's research, care, and support all year round! Individuals who register for Walk to End Alzheimer's early bring in over twice the amount as those who start later.
  • Lead by example! It's an easy way to recruit new and more members to your team and to join you for Walk day when they see you reach Champion status. Build your team to join us for a free day at the Lake Metroparks Farmpark.
  • Join the Champion Club! The Walk to End Alzheimer's Champions Club recognizes and rewards participants who reach special fundraising milestones. All Champions Club members receive the official 2024 Walk T-shirt, commemorative medal, fundraising badge on your Walk page, Champion Certificate, and MORE! Check out the Champions Club page for more details.
