Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association® to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.

Last year we lost my mother in law, Phyllis Kellman. She had battled this nasty dignity robbing disease for many years. I will always remember her as a strong fierce woman and walk in her memory.

My father, George Grock is currently fighting this devastating disease and in May was placed in a Long Term Care facility. Once a hulking 200+ pound man who could do just about anything has been reduced to a very thin, confused man.  I walk in his honor.
