Check Donations + Mobile Check Deposits
Make checks out to the Alzheimer's Association and write your name and/or team name name on the memo line or include a note to ensure funds are properly allocated. Mail checks to:
Alzheimer's Association
Attn: Queens Walk to End Alzheimer's
6215 Sheridan Drive, Suite 100
Amherst. NY 14221
Use the Walk to End Alzheimer's app to scan any check donations you receive towards your fundraising efforts. The donation will immediately be deposited to the Alzheimer's Association and added to your fundraising page. Click here to learn more. Available for iPhone and Android users.
Double Your Impact with a Matching Gift
A matching gift is an easy way to double your donation to the Alzheimer's Association, making an even bigger impact on the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Many companies provide matching charitable contributions for donations made by their employees.
Visit alz.org/walkmatch to see if your employer will match your donation. Include your Walk participant ID when submitting your match request to ensure funds are properly allocated. Email Sophie at shlesser@alz.org if you need help locating your participant ID.
