Hi! I'm Cassidy and I am fundraising for Team Longview as a part of my Health and Aging class at Ithaca College. My major is Aging Studies, so I am truly invested in helping older adults. Currently, in our Health and Aging class we have learned about many changes that can occur with aging including physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional. One of the most important takeaways has been that we need to support brain health in a variety of ways! It is also super important to learn about Alzheimer's so that we can provide support and understand this disease.
