My Dad, Don Jackson, was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's 5 years ago, just a few days shy of his 61st birthday. I continue to helplessly watch his progression, and I see the frustrations and challenges this disease puts on him and our family daily. Although I know it will not happen in his lifetime, I have faith that a cure will be found through continued research.
